Mr. David Charleston is the controller of The Other Railway. Mr. Charleston has sent many engines on trial to Sodor. He has also sold a few engines to Sir Topham Hatt such as Daisy, Bear, and Charlie. Although the Sodor engines say that he owns a lot of diesels he does own a lot of steam engines also.
